The maintenance and updating of your site will be under your responsibility. We may monitor your site if we deem it necessary to ensure that it is up to date and to notify you of any changes which we believe should improve your performance. 2.4. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws and other laws that apply to your site. Miscellaneous 13.1. You agree that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and berkey-waterfilter.co.uk. You will not have the authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
